Who this is
This site (andrejsgubars.co.uk) is operated by Andrejs Gubars, an individual based in Scotland, UK, as a personal portfolio — not as a registered business. For any privacy question or request, contact andrejsgubars@gmail.com.
What this site collects
- Contact form: the email address and message you submit are sent to the email address above and stored in a private CRM so enquiries can be tracked and followed up. They are kept indefinitely unless you ask for them to be deleted (see Your rights below).
- Analytics: if you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics (GA4) is loaded to measure visits and page performance. It is not loaded, and sets no cookies, until you accept.

Lawful basis
The contact form is processed on the basis of your consent — you choose to submit it. Analytics cookies are only set with your explicit, opt-in consent, in line with UK PECR. You can withdraw consent at any time with no effect on the use of the site.
Where your data goes
- agn.andrejsgubars.co.uk — a custom-built CRM operated by Andrejs Gubars (not a third-party company) that receives contact form submissions, emails them to the address above, and stores them for follow-up.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — a third-party processor, only loaded after consent. See Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these — including a request to delete data you've previously sent via the contact form — email andrejsgubars@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Image & content licensing
Screenshots of client projects shown in case studies are used with permission, covered by contract or verbal agreement with each client. Fonts are served under their respective open licences via Google Fonts. All other text, design and code on this site is © Andrejs Gubars unless otherwise stated.
